The grains of sand
becoming light
are thrown upon the
quiet of the sky
waiting for the stillness
of the hotness
to take us into the
night
scattering seeds from my perch

The grains of sand
becoming light
are thrown upon the
quiet of the sky
waiting for the stillness
of the hotness
to take us into the
night
My life sings
It’s truth rings
It soars above
all things
It’s beauty has wings
Celestrial watchers
and listeners filled
with the longing to be a part of the
oneness that flows with
the rhythm of the stars that fills the
void that the Sun leaves behind
Bringing in the night
Feeling the dark
Less humidity
More humility
Less resistance
Less stress
I am so wonderfully
unbusy
that I have nowhere
else to be except
where I am now
I was lying in my garden
Smelling like a rose
with tiny sprigs
of oregano tucked
behind my ears and
basil between my toes
And then little leaves of
cusbara came up and tickled me
And I was just thinking
this is sweet
a little paradise for the
olfactories of my nose
In the field today
there were flowers
thought they were
mine
decided to leave them
for another person
and another time
This evening I went a different way
to see the Spring
that is here now
but will not stay
The fields have already wrapped up
and bailed their hay
The wind was whispering
through the trees and field
Spring is here now
but will not stay
Watching the evening fall
From where I stand
With my feet sinking
in the sand
by the sea
this is where I want to be
now
Bird was tired of flying
in the wind
He saw us eating lunch
And without knocking
decided to come in
My husband gave him
a wack when Black Crow
flew in for a piece of pita snack
and that was the end of that
No more Black Crow
