I find my solace
in the sea
mesmerized
by the slowly
dipping sun
pulling
me
as if I were one
with the sky and the sea
and the space in between.

I prefer the blue water
as it stretches out to sea

But some people don’t

I prefer the warm sand and sun
as I walk along the shore

I prefer the ever changing sunsets
as each day passes by

The quiet mornings as the
waves roll in as I wander by

The possibilities are endless
living by the sea

for me

I really like cornflakes
I like the way they crunch
I like they way float
When my bowl fills up with milk
I like them in the morning,
I like them after lunch
and as a little snack before bed
just to fill me up
I like them with berries, raisins, nuts and cranberries
Could you pass the box back over to me
I would like some more, please.
Because I like cornflakes

and I’m not so easy to please.

So I usually say” more Kellogg’s please.”
