Ventilatiing is just sucking all
the air and energy out of your body….
Breathing is taking it in in a quiet way
and just letting it flow

Humming birds
go to the sea
minuteness of iridescence
flashing
next to me
wanting to grasp the
moment that flew by so
quickly with the corner of my eye.
